Black Laboratories, L.L.C. is a small, woman-owned business headquartered in the Applied Research Center adjacent to the Jefferson National Accelerator Facility in Newport News, Virginia.

       We offer Professional Engineering Services, Consulting and Research and Development Programs. We have a staff of Professional Engineers, Materials Scientists, Chemists and support personnel, and we employ academic consultants and subcontractors. We are working with several Industrial Clients, National Laboratories, Universities and Federal Agencies.

       We have received four SBIR grants from the Department of Energy, and Professional Engineering Services contracts from several corporate clients and from the National Institute of Aerospace.
