Welcome to the Black Laboratories Seaport Enhanced Website.

Black Laboratories is a small, woman-owned business headquartered in the Applied Research Center adjacent to the Jefferson National Accelerator Facility in Newport News, Virginia.

We have been awarded a contract as a result of the SeaPort-e Rolling Admissions solicitation. The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) procures Professional Support Services (PSS) every year. The SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) portal provides NAVSEA with a standardized means of issuing these competitive solicitations providing contractors with a fair opportunity to compete for task orders within their individual regional zone.

Black Laboratories and its team currently compete in the following zones.

  • Zone 3 - Mid Atlantic Zone
  • Zone 4 - Gulf Coast Zone
  • Zone 6 - Southwest Zone
